10 gallon cube waterbox

I’m setting up a 10 gallon waterbox cube next to my 110 main display reef which is very stable what is everyone thoughts if I have an automatic water change going daily from my main display
Looking to do something different in the cube
Like grow out a Monti and a birds nest or a green slimer attached are pictures of my system for the 110
