I have not yet, I was planning on purchasing one before fish but I'm not sure which one to get. Money does not matter at this point but I need one that will keep the water right under the lip of the aquarium. Any suggestions on which one? I've really liked the tunze osmolator but I wasn't sure that would fit how I want it to

I did a write up on it. It is small, the unit, and uses a magnet to keep it in place. What goes in the tank is the size of a D size battery and a return hose. Everything else can go underneath. You will need room for at least a one gallon reservoir.

Added a clean up crew two days ago:

Little starfish but the algae on the bottom has plated? What type of algae is this and how do I rid the tank of it?

Live rock is in the tank! Skimmer comes Friday! And fish will be in the tank in about two weeks!

Skimmer added and is skimming out a TON of dark brown skimmate. Unexpected but a phenomenal surprise.

What kind of skimmer is that? Have you noticed a difference in the tank after adding the skimmer?
