10 months in and this guy popped up....

It's been 10 months since we took over my coworkers established reef tank and we just noticed one of these little guys today. It's about 3mm in diameter. Any ideas?

Looks like a ball anemone.

Yep ball anemone. We never bothered them unless they were close to a coral.

I have them in my tank and they usually hang out under over hangs and in hard to reach places. Harmless.

Thank you for the input! The previous tank owner thought it might be a majano anemone so I was worried...
