10+ y/o clownfish with bilateral swelling

My 10+ year old clownfish has these bilateral red swellings just behind her gills, kinda right where her pectoral fin meets her body. The lesion look the same on both sides. I only just noticed it as she is acting off tonight (swimming further away from her anemone than usual).
I did just add a BTA 2ish weeks ago, but doesn't remind me of any kind of sting, and with it being in the same spot on both sides seems unlikely related.
(Clownfish is not hosting the BTA, still using her fake anemone)
Any thoughts? My biggest concern is some kind of cancer or infection.

Yeah I misread, been a while since I was on this forum haha
Yeah still eating. She has been acting a bit abnormal lately. The other day she ate a few pieces of mysis, which she never does and ate a ton of her usual pellets. Tonight she was swimming further away from her anemone than usual and very distracted and did not eat a lot (maybe half her normal).
At first I thought she was broody with how she was acting (although no male in the tank) with the addition of the BTA. But now I wonder if it is because she doesn't feel good or feels off

That isn't a symptom of any of the common ailments that I know of. I'm not sure what it is - old fish do develop odd swelling and issues though.

One common problem in older fish is Mycobacterium (fish tuberculosis). That can cause abdominal swelling, but this is different. It can also cause abscesses, but those wouldn't be bilateral like this. Hyperthyroidism (goiter) causes bilateral swelling, but that organ is a bit further forward, under the gills themselves.

My original thought was lymph node swelling but they don't have those haha.
I guess just continue to monitor and treat her like the queen she is?
Of course this pops up as soon as I was giving serious thoughts into getting her a couple of boyfriends.
