100 days tank..

Can someone tell me whats on the rock ?
- Its 100 days old tank.
- using REDSEA LED90 lights.
- Its dont have hair ( not green hair or brown hair )
- Its not able to remove even when I try to srub ( I tried with my hand at couple of places)
- It can be seen only when bright lights are ON in the room ( not aquarium lights)
- Can not see if aquarium blue or other combination lights are ON.

Please advice and comment.

is itthe current picture of your tank or old picture ? if it is old picture, then do you remember how many days did it take to get it normal ?

That was taken about day 24 right after the cycle. Mine deff got worse before it got better. I was fighting a diatom bloom cuz my di was exhausted. I am about at 4 months now. The next pic was taken yesterday
