This tank is 6 to 7 months old haven’t gotten much done to it slow build added live sand and waters bit of turbo start sump has a carbon sock heater

Add rock at will. No certain time frame or interval. The more LIVE vs. dry you can add, the better you can sustain your system

I wish I had added more live rock sooner. Just make an effort to buy from a reliable source.
