100% noob lighting questions

I hung a couple Vipar Spectra 165w lamps over my 75g hope to be reef tank one day.
This has to be the dumbest question...it has two timers.
when do I run the blues...when do I run the whites...and for how long?..and thanks for any responses

I run blues 12 and whites 4. Run your schedule when you’ll be in front of the tank
