100+ psi RODI supply water

Whats your pressure before the booster pump? Which pump are you using? I want to boost mine to 90psi. Before i had my friend out to instal the pressure regulator on the house supply, i made water at 90psi and it was great! Looked like waste water was reduced and the Flow rate of rodi was nice! I just didnt enjoy what it was doing to my sinks and showers

If I only have a dual tds inline meter, do you think the first one should go after the carbon filters and the other one after the di resin?

mine are after the membrane and after the DI. I just change sediment and carbon at it's rated capacity.

You really want to know 3 numbers, tap, after membrane and after di. You need the tap and after ro to know how well your ro is working and of course after the di to know when to change the di. In your case I would do after the ro and di and buy a hand held meter to occassionally check the tap water to see how well the ro membrane is working. The membrane should last 5+ years so I usually check mine a couple of times a year.

pressure before pump is 55. I used the smart buddy booster, I like this because backwash and pressure switch are all integrated. only caveat is, it is only rated up to 100GPH membrane.

This is probably the best on the market. The power supply is sold separately or you may be a DIY guy that can wire it yourself.

Yup, I used handheld to measure tap TDS. and use this to compute membrance rejection rate.

it's 87.5 here, which tells me it's almost time to change the carbon block and sediment filter. on a new pre filters it can go to 95.

Are you sure the meter is accurate?

Yes at the bare minimum you must have a TDS probe at the end of the line for the product water. and after the RO unit.
