vett is referring to your lights change them from blue to white as we cant see very much detail and will not be able to diagnose the issue without the light change.

not eating like the others picks on the seaweed when the others let him grazing on the rocks here and there not as aggressive like the others had him about 2 months added a convict and hippo and they eat everything he was eating at the store when i first got him

Crank up the white light. The blue wont help!!

From what I can see it looks like wouldst from ping stabbed by a barb or whatever they are called. I am probably wrong but can't tell bc of light.
If you can't turn up white from light use the flashlight on the phone.

Looks like infection or bite from another tank occupant. For either, seachem kanaplex or Maracyn 2 will work in a separate quarantine tank with added aeration.
Other option which is slower to work is ruby rally pro

I would worry that catching the fish up to take it to the store is going to stress it out even more.

Is it still eating well? You may just have to wait and see since you can't treat it.
