Great size. Sump looks a tad small but I like a big sump too. Lol

Glad you started a tank thread. A lot of us do and it's great for help or to follow along.

Best part of amazon... you'll have it tomorrow (Prime)... lol

I"m liking everything so far. Not trying to knock anything but I think you'll be dissapointed with your lighting if your planing on SPS. I've measured the par from this light and it was fine directly under the fixture, about 12 inches down, with a very tight cone projecting down. This is only my opinion. I'm saying the light is ok but for an epic build, like your doing I would suppliment with T5's or try a different light. Personally I love the LED's but I may go MH if I had it to do all over again.

I'll look into it for sure...i just have experience with razor lights on my smaller tanks

I'm trying to get as much done before July, because that's when my we are expecting our first child. Obviously things will slow down then.

What do you/what should I run for return pumps? I've never done anything of this size before.

Not that I don't trust my craftsmanship with over 6000lbs but I don't trust my craftsmanship. So the wood stand is a temp stand to check out the height of the tank and now I'm out quoting a metal stand.

The two design options
The reason for the two designs is that in need it to fit through a 30in door. The first design is one stand 28in tall and the second is five of the same stands bolted together and is 36in tall. The reason I like the second is because it will be much easier to transport.

Had to redesign tank stand. Now 2x3 tube instead of 2.5in tube...forgot about overflow fittings.
