I have been bothering everyone with questions for the past few weeks, and finally purchased a tank. I got a little deal on this tank and decided that although it was tall for a frag tank, it was the perfect size.
I only have the tank so far and am looking into lights now. I am stuck between two wave pointe 6 inch LEDs $50 a piece or a sbreeflights Sprite. I am not fragging any SPS mainly just zoas and lps so if anyone has experience with either please pitch in.
Also I am needing a filter, I currently have a small canister filter with a surface skimmer my lfs had on my mr. Aqua cube and I thought about another one of those, but they also suggested a small skimmer such as the hydor slim skim. Again any suggestions?
I figured I would get this thread started I will put a picture of the tank and spot tomorrow.

For filter I would buy an aquaclear hob and fill it with floss, carbon, & gfo. I'm not to sure on the led you've listed but I had a reef breeder value fixture on the tank below and loved it. You can skip the skimmer(buy more coral or rodi) since most smaller one do very little and do 10% water changes weekly. Here's my lil cube tank I had and wish I never sold it. Actually looking at getting the same lil set up now for some zoas and lps.
