Last summer I setup a small AIO in my office. My mom had long rectangular acrylic box that I fabricated into a desktop tank. That tank was only 1/4" and began to bow exceedingly. So, I took some scrap 1/2" acrylic I had laying around and built myself a new tank. Tanks been running for about 7 months now and is a softie setup.

Tank: 36"x8"x10"
Light: Aquamaxx Nemo Light
Flow: Jebao RW4
Filtration: InTank Media basket - carbon and ceramedia

Hoping to remember to bring the Nikon to work and get some good shots this week.

The tank used to be home to a small gold mantis, but he has recently disappeared. Not sure what happened but haven't seen him since last Thursday. If he doesn't pop up this week I'll start looking around for a cool fish. I'll either go with something small and active and some cool inverts, or maybe a wart skin angler.

Awesome tank man. What lights are on it?

The lights are the Aquamaxx Nemolight. It's perfect for my application. Lighting a long narrow tank can be tricky with current LED options. Most led fixtures on the market are suited for more square shaped setup's.

It's a shame they're a no go with fish. He's done a fantastic job of keeping the sand clean! He's always digging and moving sand around. I'd love something with his work ethic in my 80 gallon SPS tank.

To be honest no idea. This is my first experience with mantis. The LFS said it was a ciliata, was a small species, and was a spearer so no fish.

Regardless the tank looks great! Thanks for sharing[emoji1360]

Thanks for all the kind words everyone! It really is starting to take off and I love the simplicity of it.

I've been wanting to give the Aquaforest Product line a try for a while now. So, I figured I'd start slow. Picked up a bottle of the AF Phyto Mix for this tank and a bottle of the NP Pro for my SPS tank at home. Added some of the Phyto Mix this morning, and first impressions could have been better. The instructions state to add 10 drops per 27 gallons. However, the applicator that is supposed to gravity delivery drops doesn't work very well. I had to shake the bottle to get drops to come out. If the coral respond well this will only be a minor inconvenience.
