Hey all,
So I am considering upgrading my current 40 gallon breeder that houses my peacock mantis shrimp, and have been looking at the water box frag tanks since they come wit a sump, Built in overflow and most importantly fits the footprint I am looking for. I will not be holding frags in the tank, just the mantis and live rock.
My 2 questions are:
1. do you think I can host my mantis, substrate and live rock (30ish pounds) in a 12 inch high frag tank
2. Any other alternatives for a 40ish gallon fish tank with a built in overflow that people have experience with? Looking to stay in the 36 inch length footprint.
Loved the ability to custom choose the equipment I wanted to use in the built in sump for water box, which does not seem to be an option with red seas (please correct me if I am wrong)
Thanks!
