Due to a lot of travel in the past I struggled to reach my goals in this aquarium. Either way with the advice from forums I made it this far. I figured a video would be better than 1000 pictures. enjoy!

I enjoyed the video, must have taken you awhile to put it together. Thanks for sharing your journey through time in the hobby. Nice sump and tank by the way.

Feeding my favorite fish. Engineer Gobies. Should of held my phone the right way, Still a good video.

Updates to the slow progression.

It's been awhile. I have a few updates that I think will be better in the long run.
  1. First I made a DIY canister filter in which I put GFO and Carbon in.
  2. I also created a manifold to run more from the installed pump.
  3. I ordered a set of lights from ReefRadiance. Can't wait till they arrive.
  4. Added some tunze pumps for flow and circulation
  5. I broke a glass in my refugium and had to come up with a temporary fix.
  6. Searching for a 40G to make a remote refugium so I can add all the equipment in the sump.
Now for some pics.
Refugium before I broke the glass, adding the DIY reactor.

Took the shelf out and removed a pump for the chiller.

Ran the chiller through the manifold realized the 40G bottom glass was cracked so couldn't use it.
I will be reinforcing the shelf also when I get the 40G as of now I had 300 lbs on that shelf no issues.

Planning on putting the reactor in the sump just in case it every decides to leak.
IMG_3905_2.jpg

Added some much needed flow in the tank.

Can clowns be overly loving to their anemone?

I moved my anemone to the refugium kept trying to move it where he wanted and not where the anemone wanted to be. In the process it was tearing tentacles off then a big chunk was torn off. I witnessed my star fish eating the chunk. Then it retracted under a rock and the clown kept trying to host it abusively. My decision was to take it out and allow it to heal in the refugium.
