I am finally going to purchase my 120 gallon tank and have a question about overflows.

I want them to be in the corner(s) of the tank.

Personally l like 1 overflow as it is less intrusive. Would 2 overflows (one in each corner) be that much better?

In the 1 corner model I would put a Maxspectre Gyre XF150 on the opposite wall to push surface water towards the overflow and an opposing PWH on the wall next to the over flow to create the turbulence and break up the circular flow of the GYre pump.

Clear as mud??

1 corner or 2??

See below (I know these tank pics are not perfect but they illustrate the dilemma!)

I have the dual over flow. If I was going to do it again I would do single corner overflow. That's my opinion. I run most of my flow with vortecs. I think one would be plenty for surface skimming.
