Finally hinged the hood and trimmed it out , think I’ve worked most of the bugs out . Tank doesn’t leak plumbing doesn’t leak . Finished programming switches and now we are ready for dry rock getting it later this week . Going with stax rock in the main display and dry reef rock in the Refugium .

I have been expanding! Tank is still cycling while all this construction is going on . Not going to add fish or coral till the construction is completed , once the main area is completed then I can start the fish room finishing. Added some barnacles and about 40lbs of dryrock to the fuge. Tomorrow it will be one year since my tank showed up at the door and finally getting there , thinking about getting the rest of my equipment on Black Friday or cyber Monday. Going to get a new apex and try the wav pumps in conjunction with the vortechs and two xr 15’s and move the radion over the refugium and a couple more dosing pumps .

Installed the xr 15 pros with the gen 3 xr 30 in the middle all at 30% and 4 lamp t5 . I would call it a blanket of light looks sharp !

I’ve been adding frags ! Ordered ten more sat from WWC . The reef I stable enough and has been up for more than a year now . I’m still struggling to keep my nitrates above zero and had to start dosing amino acids, it seems to be doing the trick the corals have colored up nicely after dosing .

Been working on a a frag / quarantine tank as of late , plumbed it in today . 20 gallon marineland plumbed into the main system.
