Bassem use a UV for a wile and don't introduce any fish... ur tank is new... give it some time!

Your tank is really great! You have beautiful tangs and corals!! Keep the pictures coming..
For the ich yess 100% just avoid stress and don't introduce new fish,and i believe feeding garlic extract would help to enhance the immune system,i have ich in my system but no more sign on any of the fish.
