Oh boy. Moving is something I certainly have a lot of experience with. I've moved 4 times over the past 5 years, those 4 times were in a 3 year period. Each time it got simpler, and being forced to purge all the stuff you don't need can be super refreshing. During those moves I've had a 150, 180, 105, and 6 gallon tank (not all at the same time.) I've learned something new from each transfer, breakdown, and upgrade. The 150 into the 180 was the easiest, as I got a 100 gallon stock rubbermaid, and used all the rock/water/and took the opportunity to go bare bottom. I'd be happy to talk over solutions if you need or want help, but one thing I would start doing now is frag 2 pieces of your corals and hopefully have another reefer hold onto them.
I also don't hold onto stuff I don't need anymore, like extra PVC adapters and tubing, or whatever knick knacks I used to accumulate. I keep a backup pump, and a backup MP10, and a battery backup 2000amp inverter, in case of emergencies. I've found a real peace with my 22 gallon, as it's forced me to have function follow form in the initial setup, and limits my desire to have one of everything! But honestly, the biggest piece for me is that I also know I will be moving again, so everything is designed to be broken down, and setup again very easily, and I can carry everything myself in that instance as well!
Good news is you have plenty of time to start anticipating changes, you don't have to do it next week!
