120g tank how to dose Sodium Nitrate

If I'm using the James Planted Calculator for dosing Sodium Nitrate I want to know if I have to dose say, 30ml. Do I dump 30ml in at once or would I break that up throughout the day?

My tank is a 120g 60x18x25
My current nitrate is 1.2ppm and I want to raise it, where would I keep nitrate level at if I'm doing a LPS tank. I'm also going to dose phosphate because it is at 0.00ppm

I read where RHF stated it is fine to dose NO3 all at once. That's how I have been dosing NO3 and PO4 with no I'll effects.

It looks good but I'm not confident enough to advise on the calculator. Maybe @Randy Holmes-Farley can take a look? I dose sodium nitrate and had to experiment with the amounts a bit.
