Wondering if anyone runs ALL FOR REEF mixing powder on bigger tanks. Currently running fritz 2 part with no issues but wouldn't that be a bit better running just 1 solution to take care of it all.

Just started it on my 100+ gal, we’ll see how it plays out. I need to set it up with my doser this weekend.

Same here on my 125 been running on a doser for a week and a bit now, still tuning it in. Seems to be working well so far

Before I was using my ATO to dose kalk so I have no reference into ML per day. I started out with 30ML a day as suggested on the AFR instructions and upped it to 45 a day ago. Obiously your mileage will vary depending on your consumption. Still in the tuning stage so my daily dose might change as well in the next coming weeks.

I'm mixing up my first ALF powder for dosing. I was expecting a crystal clear solution but it's got a very slight tea tinge to it. I'm using crystal clear RODI water. I'm not sure if others are seeing the same?

I have used it on a 120 gallon for a little under 2 years now. I’ve been really pleased with it.

Found my answer and the answer is yes, it does not mix up clear.

For larger tanks, perhaps can use kalk too.
Kalk will replenish the evaporated water, then some of the ca n kh.
AFR will maintain the levels you want. Need to spend some time to get in tuned.

I run it on my 75 gallon (using the powder). Its handy but I would prefer the pH benefits of a two part if it were possible for me to get a doser for pure carbonate mixes since dosing that by hand is tricky and I am not a fan of dosers.
