Hello. I have been out of the hobby for about 10 years due to meeting wife, starting family, moving etc. My history has been mostly freshwater with brief saltwater experience before I broke everything down.
Fast forward to now. Kids are old enough to not be such a threat to equipment, etc. So after about a month of research I ordered the tank and stand to get started. Tank and stand getting delivered Saturday.
My plan is live rock, some soft coral, anemone, fish. Want to be as minimal maintenance as possible.
125 gallon dual overflow bottom drilled tank.
I have an idea of my equipment but wanted idea and recommendations from those experienced before I began ordering.
Lighting - (4) AI HYDRA 26
Power Heads - (2) Ecotech MP40WQD
Sump - waiting for stand to get delivered to confirm dimensions but thinking emerald 39 trigger systems
Return pump - Ecotech Vectra L1DC
Protein skimmer - Tunze Master DOC
Automatic top off - Tunze Osmolator 3155
Any ideas, tips, or words of wisdom are greatly appreciated.
