125 gallon flow / powerheads

Have a 6ft 125 gallon tank. Thinking about starting with 1 maxspect gyre xf250. Any recommendations?

I have an IC 3K gyre. About the same rating, I believe. I had two and just took the other offline. I will keep it as a spare. Seems like plenty of flow to me. Blowing my fish all around. I also have two Jebao pp20's as well. Still have the gyre down to no more than 50%... More flow is better for corals but my fish were working too hard.

Plan to get a second Gyre. Having 2 dialed down and sync'd will create more random flow.
