Hello everyone.
I've had my 125 tank up and running for about 4 months now. I am planning on making this set up a mixed reef tank. I am wanting some opinions on a fish stock list for this tank, we are looking for a variety of colors. The ones marked with the * are one ones I've really got my mind set on. The other are one I would like to have. I'm wanting some opinions on compatibility and or other fish options. Thanks!

*2 Maroon clown (pair) (currently in the tank)
*1 flame angel
*1 mccoskys wrasse
*1 diamond goby
*1 royal gramma
2 or 3 bengaii cardinal
1 powder brown tang
1 yellow eye kole tang
1 coral beauty or rusty angel
1 banner butterfly (I've read that there is a species of this that is reef safe)

I'd add the powder brown last as they tend to not always be welcoming of new tank mates. Each is different, but mine would chase any new additions. He never did it for long, but tangs in this genus are known to be quite territorial. I'd add the Kole tang before any Acanthurus tangs. As always the dwarf angel may nip at corals and 2 dwarf angels may not get along unless introduced at the same time.

Agreed with above. I would also add that whether you get 2 or 3 bangaiis you will end up with 2. 2 will pr up and kill the third.

Heniochus are mostly reef safe, though I am aware of some instances of nipping.
