I got a good deal on a 125gallon and am starting my process of upgrading.

I will first start by designing a stand build wrapping it in some-extra tongue and groove cedar I have.
I am thinking at least a 30 gallon for the sump but that depends on what I find, hopefully I can’t find a deal somewhere for a larger sump.
Still going back and forth between drilling and hob overflow, still have to make sure it’s not tempered as that it the ultimate deciding factor.

I think it was worth getting stuck in the backyard and digging myself out.

Time to go back to doing some research and making a material list for the stand.

Ha! That backyard picture cracked me up. Welcome to R2R!

I finally had time to cut the lumber for the frame of the stand. Yes I know I went on the heavy side. Excuse the mess the grandkids where here and I had a small window of time to do some work.

Plan is to assemble the frame and set the tank on it before the grandson comes over again this weekend and I have to keep stopping him from climbing into the tank.
