Just curious if starting out with two butterfly fish(copperband, orange or auriga) is a good way to start off the tank. I would like them to be the focal point and then add a pair of clown, coral beauty, hand full of wrasse and a goby

The copperband is an extremely hard fish to keep alive, even in an established tank so I would reconsider that one.

Start with the clowns instead and take it from there I'd say! What's your full list of (dream)fish for this tank? Then the community can guide you in which order to add them.

Also how would a few bubble tip anemones work with this combination of fish?

Definitely start with the clowns for a couple weeks, but when you're adding in the butterflies it's normally best to add them in at the same time/as closely together as possible. I added in my Auriga and Yellow Longnose together as part of my second batch of fish and they're gotten along since

No. The Auriga will eat them.
