Same, im switching job roles at work in Jan until then i have very little to actually do except just waste time...

well i guess i should have said it differently, i dont really have to do a lot of the positive sides of my current role like coaching and team stuff, but i still have to put out the teams fires. i currently have 6 teams. so im still getting the worst parts of my current role... in Jan i go down to 1 team and wont have to put out any more fires unless my team makes them and that shouldnt happen
