Final layer. @stoney7713 @Projects with Sam why is there a separation going on there? I have a 12% overlap I think.

Not sure I see what you are talking about except the right side of the print, the middle of the ring should get covered with the final infill.

I have mine set for 4 top and bottom layers.

That's what I'm talking about and that's the top layer...

I may have figured out what's going on with the level... The enclosure door might be catching the right side front adjustment knob and turning it just enough at the end of a print and messing everything up.

And 1 successful print, the next 4 failed. Unlevel again.
Are you saving the settings after leveling? The system should reboot after setting the Z offset.

Are you doing an auto bed leveling before every print? Some people do a manual level and one auto level then don't allow it before every print.

Some people only use a manual level and shut off ABL.

Definitely sounds like there is an issue but being 1600mi away it's hard to diagnose.

I'm not sure if possibly something is loose or if there is a software issue.

I mean if you were in the next town over I would get a babysitter and gladly take a look to see if I could help.

I searched for weeks on dialing in my printer. Using Klipper though so it complicated things a bit.
