HI Guys,
I'm building a house and will be setting up a mixed reef in a 12ft by 80cm by 2.5 ft tank with a metal stand thats 4m long 80cm deep and 110cm tall. there will be a 8ft by 2ft sump underneath the tank in the stand.
I'm planning on using a NYSO skimmer and possibly a ecotech return.
I'm thinking Orpek Atlantik V4 for the lights at this stage, or maybe the Aquatic life T5 HO hybrid with AI hydras.
For flow im considering maxspect gyre
Eventually i would like to get an Apex controller.
Not sure what to use for dosing yet as it will be my first real step towards corals.
So im after everyones opionions on my current ideas and if there is something i have forgotten.
I also need some idea on what to do for the plumbing.
