Hey all!

So I have a 13.5 evo- I'm currently using it as an observation tank for my new white tail bristletooth tang- and I want to plan for post-observation fun!

So far I have a couple options, some are more just fantasy and I don't know how realistic they are:

1 - Easiest option:
Clown fish and BTA

2 - Hardest option:
Dwarf seahorses and some easy coral like zoas

3 - Strict Frag Tank:
Keep tank as just a frag grow out tank

4 - Pipefish Tank:
Pipefish and some easy corals

I know the dwarf seahorses are difficult in this size tank, so I'm curious if anyone has done it or if this tank is too big? I've gotten a lot more confident fish keeping over the past year and feel ready to do something a bit more challenging :)

I'm super open to suggestions and would love to hear what your dream 13.5g tank would be!

I would make sure there is a crap load of pods first!
Agree!! I plan on ordering a bunch of tisbe pods if I go that route so I can get a stock going, in the tank and also in a small separate tank I could breed them.
My vote is for seahorses and pipefish. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
Hehehehe, I like where your heads at :P God I wish in a 13.5

2 of each should work great.

Really?!? You just made my day :')
Now I know what I'm spending the next week researching. Everyone prepare for more question posts.... haha
You can easily have 4 small fish in a Fluval EVO 13.5 gallon. And pipefish and seahorses aren't going to consume a heck of a lot of food. Just keep in mind seahorses and most corals don't mix. Here's a BRS article on what corals may be compatible with seahorses.

Thank you so much! I always appreciate your help :) Reading this now.
