1370 gallon propagation system

New livestock in blue quarantine tub, and new pair of crosshatch trigger. Prior livestock are still adjusting to warmer water. Lost a few fish and 3 acro colonies but am able to save a few frags from each.

Water temp between 77 and 78 constant now. Fish system cycling for 3 days now. Dosed Dr. Tim's nitrifying backteria and EcoBalance. Another month or so to go and will check if system is safe for fish. 8' frag tank is also nicely stocked with acans lords/echinatas, scolys, flat scolys, buttn scolys, bounce/bullseye/rhodactis shrooms, cynarinas, favias, micromussas, fungias, blastos, chalice, bowerbankis, welsos, lobos, hammer and one mean tiny elegance that keeps stinging me.

What brand tank is that I front of the fish holding tanks they cube?

That's a LeeMar. They stopped making tanks. Depending where you are located. I have been to Visio (AdvanceAquaTanks) and they have nice shallow cubes too. Some complain they use too much silicone but it blends well with the seams. IME having extra silicone is good since my 300g LeeMar center brace came off the seam. Very lucky the tank did not leak but the front and back bowed about an inch. That's on another thread. I'd rather have the peace of mind with extra strength.

Please keep me updated....I'd like to know if they will grow coral
Here's an update regarding the Chinese black boxes, MarsAqua in particular. They do color up and grow corals. I started out with whites at approx. 30% and blues at 100%. At that setting the top acros showed growth, encrusting, healing from frag cuts, and decent color. What I noticed at that setting, the whites are not bright enough. Around mid tank and bottom of a 24" tall tank the acros started to lack in color or browned out a bit.
Setting the whites at 50% or higher made the browned acros color up but the the lighting is too yellow. I was hesitant at first to crank up the white from fear of bleaching.
As far as I know some MarsAqua vendor will work with you to customize the while LED diodes. My plan is changing all the white diodes to 12K for a more appealling view. Hope this helps you out.

That is a sweet 300g you have there! ;)

Thanks Rev! That's 13 years of nonstop reefing from 20g to 40g to 95g to 180g to 300g. Most acros started as 1" frags. Collected some dying corals from LFS and local reefers that rebounded. In between the 95g to 180g upgrade. The live stock suffered when the power strips tripped during a move. Stored it at the warehouse and didn't check for 2 days. I was able to roughly save 30% of the livestock. Smooth sailing all the way to 300g until the center brace came off.
Reefing throws you curveballs but that's why it's never boring. LOL

Thanks for the comments. Some new livestocks in quarantine. If all goes well I will try to get a booth at MACNA in San Diego this year. Fingers crossed.

Its a Acan. I have one just like it producing different colors. Amazing piece this one is though. Might have to keep my eye out for one.
