140 gallon stock list?

i have a 140 gallon tank currently have
Marine Betta
Dwarf lion fish
2 damsels
2 clowns
2 scooter blennies
Valentine trigger ( he’s coming out)
1 dottyback
1 firefish
Is my tank pretty much max out for the amount of fish I can have? I would like a kloe tang but don’t want to over stock my tank.

It really depends. What are the dimensions and is the tank a reef or fish only? You have a puffer and lionfish so I assume fish only but maybe you decided to mix things up. If it is a fish only tank, you would have no problem adding more fish provided they all have enough swimming and hiding spaces.

Tank is60x24x30 and 30 gallon sump going to up grade sump next year right now fish only next year start adding a few coralsnext year plenty of caves and hiding spots and under cuts in rocks etc. The puffer I’ve had for about 3-4 months been fine with my hermits and snails the past week he’s been on a killing spree so he’s coming out.

Personally, I think you have plenty space depending on whether or not your filtration can handle more and the size and temperament of what you want to add. I see no reason you couldn't add a Kole Tang to that stocking list if you'd like. I don't see any fish on your list that he SHOULD have issues with, but you never do know with tangs.
