Hi everyone!

I've got a 14g BioCube project tank starting to cycle with minimal rock right now. So I need some nano reef inspiration to help me figure out how to design this new tank.

Please post your aquascape pictures to help me!! Looking forward to all of your creative ideas!!

Plans for this tank are:
a couple nano fish, maybe pair of small clowns, etc
Easy corals, LPS, softies, and hopefully a BTA eventually.

Thanks again!

Got to tell you, that ain't half bad now. I like minimal rock with room for corals to grow without crowding. I may put a small rock leaning on the branch in front of what you have but that's about it. You can always add another small rock in the front corner with centerpiece corals or spreading corals.

What if you bought some Pulsing Xenia frags, fragged it more into smaller pieces with just enough plug to glue, and glued pieces all over the rock on the left. Let it grow out into a giant Pulsing Xenia “tree!” :) Then make a colorful Zoa rock out of the other rock.

I love that BioCubes are still in use today! A 14g BioCube was my first saltwater tank back in 2008 and treated me very well. Here's a quick picture of the aquascape at the time. I would agree with previous comments, definitely allow room for coral growth as it gets cramped in there quickly.

And just for fun, here it is shortly before the upgrade, about a year later.
