$150 amazon gift card, what to get

Hey yall shoot some ideas at me on what to get for my reef tank off Amazon. Have heaters, lights (not led bars though ) power heads, rodi and a skimmer. Any "must haves"?

You might need an Auto Top up System if you don't already have one.


Auto Fish Feeder is another idea.


A extra/spare powhead to mix up your water, and a heater to get that Water Matched to Tank Temp.

Plus, even some of the things you have, will break or need maintenance so it's wise to have a spare heater, and spare pump(s), and RO/DI systems always need media. So that's easy to spend your Gift Card.

Yea I some media and coral foods and whatnot just random unique stuff you wouldn't think about. I like the fish feeder thats a good idea!!

IMO totally worth the money, but a little outside of your budget. =)

I know its not sexy but heaters should be replaced every year or so. Do you have MHs or T5s? Bulbs need replacing as well.

Lol I have 4 saltwater set ups all fully running all w led fixtures pumps and all that but I have zero automatic stuff, don't dose, have stuff for ato but its float valves, and boxes of extra chemicals, reef foods, and w extra gyre pumps and 1 extra return pump lol

The last one is a 265 8ft tank im trying to make as steady as I can. It is up and running (no fish waiting on electrician to put in sub panel box for pumps and lights)

I looked into just adding the money and getting this but I just spent 600 on a gun and 400 on coral (possibly getting another unique torch for 150/h too) so kinda want to slow down on spending. My wife and 4 kids have also had some dime spent on them lol

If those are black boxes that I see, I would upgrade the lenses on them, makes for much better spread than the off the shelf lenses on them.

Yea its the mars aqua and an ocean revive. They are over my frag tanks so I'm kinda eh about them. My main displays have xr15s and 2 ledzeal fixtures and 4 t5s. Im upgrading the t5 to orphek led bars.

ATO for automation -- wont regret it. helps keep the tank in balance as well

If you're happy with the way the float valves perform, then that's fine. Some of the optical sensor-equipped ATO kits are a little more precise and don't have the problem of getting stuck in position. But fundamentally they do the same thing, so if you're not feeling the lack I wouldn't sweat it.

If you don't currently dose but would like to try it out, you could get a pair of Kamoer X1 Bluetooth pumps for under your budget. Very reliable and the price per pump is not bad at all.
