I was gifted and older 150 gal glass aquarium. Found out has a very small leak at the bottom seal. I scraped, cleaned with acetone, and re siliconed. And nothing has changed. The leak is there just a bit smaller than before. Is it work me even trying this again or am I wasting more time and money? I don't want to go through the scraping process again especially bc I used momentive 100 series and it is not going to come off easy.

This doesn't make sense to me. If you 100% scraped all the silicone, acetoned, and resealed it shouldn't leak. Did you make sure you removed all the silicone not just the one panel and not just inside? Did you inspect the glass for cracks?
If you did a 100% reseal process correctly the only thing I could imagine is that the glass is cracked but I'd think you'd notice and mention that. Otherwise it sounds like it wasn't resealed correctly and can be done again using the correct procedure.

If You only cleaned the seal up but didnt pull the piece of glass of then it's unlikely to work. Everything that I've read and seen requires the whole pane to come off and get cleaned. Silicone can have issues sealing to old silicone
