After looking for quite sometime I decided on a 150 gal tank.
it was from SC Aquariums.
after talking to the lady and wanting to give her my credit card to order she told me I’d get a email to confirm.
after getting the email it had instructions to PayPal the money to another account with the name. ( Work and Shop SC INC ) has anyone else bought from SCA or had this confusion and paying☹️
just not sure what to do
thanks for any help at all

If no one familiar with the business responds, try googling the company on the pay pal account to see what you can uncover.

Yes 5 years ago but it did not go down like that. But as long as you used a credit card if the deal goes south you will be fine

I just bought mine straight from their website. I did use PayPal. But I always use PayPal when I can. It’s not like buying a tank from bulk reef supply or the pet store. You’ll be connected with a freight delivery company and you’ll schedule your delivery through them. I’ve been happy with my SCA 150 gallon. It’s been set up for about a year now

As with any tank, provided there aren’t bubbles in the seams, and it’s on a level platform fully supported. It’s a solid tank. I prefer the robust eurobrace to a true rimless like the Red Sea, water box, and IM tanks.

Well I can say I did a lot of research and ordered this one today. Was a little nervous at first paying by PayPal. After realizing thats how most things are done these days, I am sure I made the right choice it has amazing reviews.

sassyfish - are you still happy with the SCA tank? I am currently looking at the same one and have concerns about their website.

You will be fine, business use different names for various reasons, if you don't receive what you paid for them raise the issue, besides that.. good luck with your new purchase :)
