150 gallon upgrade

*Disclaimer in hobby less than a year

Hi I am in upgrading to from a 65 to a 150 gallon mix reef and wanted some opinions on good quality middle of road skimmers. I currently have curve 5, which works well but can't get dark sludge out of it. I'm leaning towards reef octopus but am overwhelmed by which one to get.

Also sump I'm planning on is a emerald 39.
