Seawater weighs about 8.5 gallons per gallon plus the weight of the tank and whatever else you put in it if the wall is a poured block wall I wouldn't be that concerned if it is 2x4 wood frame you may want to add legs to the front of the tank to relieve the force pulling on the wall or open the wall and reinforce it to support the weight .. I'm definitely tagging along on this build your going to have a really nice system in the end

The smaller bracket is rated for 300 pounds the other three are rated for 500 each and it's mounted on steel framing so it's not pulling the screws out anytime soon :)
Tank deminsions are 48 long 16 deep and 18 tall

Seems like It's a 55 gallon
I believe it will be fine as well but as it is in life and also in this if it has never been done then it shouldn't be done that way.

I mean it's scary looking and I personally wouldn't rest a tank like that on l brackets but ain't my tank.

For fun tho u should video it 24/7 and sell tickets to the website I bet people would watch it just to see it will eventually fall.

I would never stand or walk underneath that thing, much less get any decent amount of sleep at night. ;Greedy

Lol that would be a funny way to pay for fish food and coral XD

I have personally used these. Yes is it deceptive but it's physics. They will hold. The important thing is they are installed correctly with the right fasteners and on a stud or equivalent.

The tank bracing for the small tank should be fine. Triangulation is structurally one of the strongest methods. It the wall has steel in it, there should be no worries.

I am more concerned about the lighting. I am planning a 10' long tank that is only going to be 24" deep and I have almost the same amount of light that will be going over it. 3x400w Radions and 4 GHL Mitras LX7 LED units. And I am planning to have the lights only a foot off the water line. But you have a rail system so you can add more. When you get into SPS it's not only the amount of light but also you need multiple angles especially with only LED light to make them grow in attractive patters.

Also the amount of flow. It's a very long tank. Fluid dynamics in that tank might be challenging. But I am not as worried. Over all it looks awesome.
