Hello,
Despite the detectable copper in my system, I haven't changed any routine in my tank.
It seems everything keep going well...

The copper could be coming in from any metal part in your sump or perhaps even from the fish/coral food itself. I had some sheets of Nori that tested high (i.e. detectable) on copper... enough of those can accumulate...Hello,
My aquarium has now 6 months, so I thought it was time to perform a Triton testing.
As expected, since my SPS are doing fine, the majority of the parameters are excellent. However, and this was a surprise, I have detectable low levels of Copper. More worrying, I have no idea of where this copper is coming from.
I am doing water changes with natural sea water and I'm only adding the Randy's 2-part solution. No other product has being used, except the use of Chemiclean in December, in order to get rid of some Cianos that have appeared after the marine velvet outbreak. But I don't think this was the reason for having Copper.
Do you have any idea?
Here are the results....

Thanks.Incredible reef and photography.
[HASHTAG]#s2nhle[/HASHTAG] Thanks for your comment. Yeah, that was pretty much my feeling when I got the triton test. I'm thinking on repeating it in June. If the copper levels continues to raise, maybe then I'll worry about it. For now, it seems fine.Wow, very beautiful. don't worry too much about the small copper amount. if it does not break don't fix it.

Thanks. No it isn't meal time, I usually have a good polyp extension. Don't know exactly why, perhaps because I use natural sea water for water changes?very beautiful. all polyps are fully out. is it meal time?
Thanks.Very beautiful! !!! Would love to have that kind of color!
