I'm setting up my first tank in the next couple of days and have been contemplating stock. The tank is a normal 150 so 72 by 18 by 28. I'm pretty sure this is overstocked so I'm looking for suggestions on what I should take out.

Powder blue tang
Purple tang
Regal angle
Mauritius lepord wrasse
Blue spotted tamarin wrasse
2 true percula clownfish
2 bangii cardinals
red mandarin
2 firefish
1 potters angle
Quoyi parrotfish
Diamond back goby
Starry blenny

Morish idol (quarantine atm)
Sailfin Tang (6-7 inches)
Blue Hippo Tang (3-4 inches)
2 Percs
2 occesslaris
3 Azure damsels
1 blue chromis
1 yellow tail prick <-- haha 4~ inches (yellow tail angel)
1 coral beauty
1 bangaii cardinall
1 male anthia lyretail
1 yellow watchman
1 Milk Goby
1 cleaner shrimp
1 coral banded shrimp
1 pistol shrimp

I have in my 135 gallon ..

and I have no issues nutrients or such I haven't done a single water change in 6 months :O everything is thriving so far

just don't go stocking all at once, let your biological filtration catch up as you add..

Thanks for the reassurance, was planning on doing only like 3 or 4 smaller fish or 1 to 2 larger fish at a time, super excited!

im running overkill skimmer and filter socks/ liverock in my sump aswell as a cheato reactor and refugium(kinda redundant in my sump) for my copepods mostly to feed my green mandarin LOL otherwise I don't advise 2 separate pairs of clowns :O unless multiple anem's..

also best to go tangs/regal towards end.. as they tend to be more aggressive towards fish
