Hey Everyone,

I have a 15g waterbox. Filled in March, cycled using Tims ammonia, 2 weeks ago added livestock. Ran for 3 months after adding ammonia and bacteria with nothing else in it except dry rock and sand.

I am gonna post from 3 months ago cycling in March. Livestock was added about 2 weeks ago. In the past week all dry rock just got coated in this hard green algae that does NOT scrape off.

What is this algae? Should I be concerned?

My gorgonian stopped showing polyps around same time green algae showed up. My anenome also seems to hide from the light and extends at night under weak moonlight setting. (probably because at petco the anenome had weird lighting)

See all pictures below. All feedback is appreciated.

to me, that algae looks like the normal algae that always covers that white rock. My tank did the same thing. The corals closing up is likely due to parameters so I would make sure those are where they should be.
