16hd light settings

I have a 20 gal with pair of maroon clowns and a bleached bta. I have had them 4 wks. She is doing well, I think. Eating shrimp, brine getting plankton blend..I have a new 16hd light that I have had on acclimation with 70 blue and 30 white. It is showing 23 watts. Should I increase intensity or change color settings.. how much more does she need. She is hosting one of maroons
