Any idea on the manufacture date? How are the seals?

As far as manufacture dates, I bought it from the original owner who set it up with his daughter in 2009, it was up and running when I purchased it this December. No leaks, no seal problems, and his hardwood floors where the tank was located were clean. It will need new durso/ drain pipes installed, which I would have done had I bought a new tank anyway. Very clean tank other wise.
