180 Gallon Stocking List

Stocking list - This was copied from my build thread, didn't get any reponses there. Critique is welcomed, even a little harshness.

Coral- Mixed softie/lps. Starting to get intrigued by some sps pieces, but not ready to take that dive. Still only 2 years into the hobby.

Fish-
Current inhabitants:
Scopas tang
Sailfin tang
Yellow Tang
Coral Beauty Angelfish
Royal Gramma
2- Ocellaris clowns

Future wants:
Powder Blue Tang (Wife's favorite)
Blue Hippo Tang (For the kid's of course)
Magnificent Foxface
4- Royal Grammas (I want a harem, I know the males will fight, so im hoping to get all females and not have any issues)
Either a mandarin, or a pair of ruby reds and a pair of scooter blennies.
maybe 6 or so Chromis just as some filler fish, kind of undecided on them.

I know that is 6 larger fish, but is it doable. I would prefer to nix the blue hippo over the other two if I need to. I know a PBT is a terror, I'm hoping that having the trio of zebrasomas that get along and trying to get a small PBT and another larger tang like the hippo will help reduce/ spread out aggression.

I personally think you're fine with what you want to add. I've got more bioload in my 180 than that, however, take my advice with a grain of salt as I am definitely pushing the limit with 7 big fish and a juvenile cat shark in a 180 gallon display...

Appreciate the info. I'm not worried about the bioload as much as I am stocking with softies/ lps, not really sps. So if its a little high on the bioload I should be fine. More worried about the amount/type of tangs in the tank.
some more info- running a tideline 48 with skimmer and refugium. I plan on feeding nori at least once a day. I also am going to have a ball of chaeto, as well as some small rocks with some cualerpa that I can throw in the tank and let the grazers go to town and rotate out the rocks.

I think, for the most part, your plan is fine.

The only fish that will outgrow a 180 would be the sailfin tang. The two sailfins (Philippine and desjardin) get really big. The hippo is debatable.
The coral beauty is a slight risk to pick at your LPS, and the foxface will be an even slighter risk. I wouldn't worry about either.
The mandarin will be fine in such a large tank, as long as the tank is a year or more old. Mixing multiple pairs of dragonettes may be a risk of them starving or fighting.
The grammas are a good plan. Get a them all as small females, as you hinted at, and qt them together.
I think you will end up disappointed in the chromis. They often come in small and sickly, and they are infamous for picking each other off over time. Maybe consider a large group of sapphire damsels instead.

Thanks for the heads up. I will hold out and watch for a pair of rubies or a mandarin once its established.

I currently have one gramma in the tank. Would I have to remove him and start over? or could I remove him and add him to the group of new arrivals and hope he takes to them well?

Roughly 2-3 times the size of its cousin yellow tang, for example.

Good question on adding the grammas. I believe, if you can add several small (immature/for sure females) ones, it should be okay. We should double check with @OrionN , @eatbreakfast , and any others with imput on this.
