How many are going unsupported under the floor on their 180gal? I’m planning on putting one up and the total water volume will be around 250gal on the upper level of split level home against load bearing wall.

250 gallons = 2500lbs plus the weight of the tank, stand, etc.
That’s correct. Things will be done right for the peace of mind but I’m just curious on this. It’s 6’x2’

I have my 200-gallon system in the basement on a concrete slab. If I were placing it upstairs, yes - I'd probably be reinforcing things.

If the joists run perpendicular to the tank, not a problem. If parallel, then you may want to bolster the joists.

Well it looks like my joist run parallel. The wall that separates both rooms down stairs is directly under the tank and runs perpendicular
