Well, it's been a little while since I built my 180gal 48'l x 36"w x 24"h, been busy with other "stuff" and just this week finished with the plumbing
external overflow set up with the bean animal OF, dumps into a diy sump 48"l x 24"w x 17"h
The return is a Dolphin APMaster 3000 thru a diy manifold that will feed several media reactors calcium reactor, the frag tank and return back to the tank. There are two Ebo jager heaters in the fuge area of the sump and sit on there own hangers. Also in the return area there is an ATO bracket that holds a float switch connected to a relay which lets top-off water flow from the ro/di holding tank thru the kalk reactor then to the sump.
The frag tank is a little over built - I had lots of 3/4" scrap laying around and used it. It's 36"l x 17"w x 16"h and will be lit with T-5's
The stand is just 2x4's doubled across the top and the legs.
Lights for the tank I'm hopping that just two of the oversize diy Lumenarcs will cover most of the tank and the 4x T-12's VHO will help witht he rest
it's 18" x 18" x 8"h and houses a 14k Phoenix DE bulb. A PFo dual HQI ballast will power both bulbs and 2x Workhorse 7's will power the T-12's.
Here's a size - the standard Lumenarc is sitting on top (14 1/2" x 14 1/2" x 6") of the big one (18" x 18" x 8")
All this will be controlled by an old Aquacontroller II
Forgot about the water movement. There is a closed loop tied into the back wall with 2x 2" BH's to feed a
Reeflow ?? 4200 gph pump and to have a little water movement there is a hayward 3-way ball valve that sits on top of the pump turned by a 1 rpm motor - a poor man's Ocean Motion  the returns are in each corner of the back wall
The skimmer is diy and uses a Askoll motor block with needle wheel, the tube used is 10" cast and stands 24" tall.
it's dirty cause my buddy
oh: didn't clean it up after testing it at a LFS on one of the 2000 gal systems
