190 Gallon Setup

I’m going to be putting my 190 gallon system up for sale.

Equipmnt :

Tank – 190 Gallon Acrylic Tank made by Pro Clear Aquatic Systems. Tank measures 66â€X33â€X20â€, is euro braced with one center brace, and has a coast to coast overflow. Drilled for a closed loop flow system with two 1 ½ drains and five 1†returns (only four currently being used)

Stand – Custom built stand with three front doors and two side doors. Has a custom 10†granite shelf that goes around the front and both sides of the tank.
Canopy – Light weight canopy built to match the stand with crown molding. Canopy has open top to reduce heat buildup when metal halides are used.

Sump - 40 gallon breeder put together by Carolina Reef Growers with dual 7†sock holders and separate refugium compartment.

Closed Loop System:
Pump –Reeflo Dart Pump – One of the quietest pumps I’ve ever used, the only thing I hear is the cooling fan.
Directional Control – Ocean’s Motions 4 Way flow director (opens two returns and closes two returns to alternate flow)
Plumbing –Every return and drain has a ball valve in the plumbing to allow the closed loop to be shut down if needed.
Calcium Reactor System:
Calcium Reactor - Koralin 1502 Calcium Reactor with Ehime pump and aqualifter feed pump
CO2 – Brand new 5lb C02 bottle with dual dial regulator and electronic solenoid
Protein Skimmer - Bubble Magus BM220 Skimmer (rated for 390 gallons)

Media Reactor – TLF 550 Reactor with Maxijet 1200 (can be used for biopellets or phosban)

Auto Top Off – JBJ ATO with Maxijet 1200 ATO Pump

Heater – Won bros 350 Watt Titanium Heater

Return Pump – Mag 18 Return Pump (Clear flapper check valve installed above return pump)

Controller System:
Controller – ReefKeeper EliteNet with 16 available outlets
Controller Accessories:

  • Four PC4’s - Each PC4 has four outlets
  • 2 SL1 Modules (allows for PH monitoring/control, Temp monitoring/Control, ORP monitoring/control, and switch ports for float switches)
  • 2 PH Probes (one to monitor PH and one to control the CO2 on the calcium reactor)
  • 1 Temp probe (setup to monitor temp and control the heater)
  • NET Module – Can be hooked up to monitor your reefkeeper settings and inputs via the internet or mobile device
Lighting:

  • 4 AI SOL Blue LED modules
  • 1 AI Basic Controller
  • 60" AI Rail Mounting System - Allows you to mount the LED Modules on top of the canopy or hang them from the ceiling and slide the modules from left to right.

To build this system would cost over $9400.
I have three price options to buy this tank:

  • Option 1 – Everything listed above for $5000.00
  • Option 2 – Everything listed above minus the lights $4000.00
  • Option 3 – Everything listed above minus the light, controller, and calcium reactor, $2500.00
* Livestock is not included but I may be able to work something out with the live rock. I'm not breaking this system up.

I've had a lot of PM's about buying certain pieces of equipment off of this build. Like I listed at the end of the thread above I'm not breaking this system apart except for the three options listed in the thread. The ONLY reason I have those options listed is because I can use that equipment on a future/new build.
