I have a 1st gen Arid c30 for sale. Unit was bought in 2015, put in service for 8 months and then cleaned and stored. Rated for 250g to 500g. You will need a good 600gph pump to run this correctly.
Not a whole lot of difference from the current version. What I can see is a newer heat sink for the light rod, revised nylon plates with wire loom for the chamber separation vs no loom and clear acrylic plates, SS bolts vs nylon bolts for the lid.
New generation would run $1499, there's a same 1st gen on eBay going for $799 with local pickup in NY.
I'm selling for $699 and I will include a new light tube that I ordered and have not replaced yet. The light tube crazes overtime and this was a standby. Light tube cost $50 FWIW.
Local pickup in or around 06492 only, too large to ship.
