hello, I purchased my 1st muchrooms and I've been reading alot. But I was hoping to get some advice on the level of light they are getting in my biicube with stock lights. Pictures below.

Are they OK where they are or should I move them to a location with less llight? Tia

All you can do is let them acclimate.
Once acclimated they will tell you what they want.
If they end up reaching or cupped towards the light they are looking for more light.
If they lay out flat you have it dialed in.
Way to soon to know have to let a new shroom go through lights on and off cycles a couple times to know.

I'd start a new shroom in low light low flow area for best acclimation to see what they really want.

Pls let me know what you think. Are they happy?
Looks like some have white edges.
Wondering if I should move to lower light area

Yeah they look fine to me, like above mention look at how they are. Extended and reaching for the light, not enough. Flat against the rocks like yours are, happy. Completely closed and receded, too much light.

I think they have changed their minds and are not happy anymore. Advice on what I should do?

First, you have this posted in the SPS group, so you are probably not getting the views from the shroom experts. They will also want to know your water parameters.
The recordia looks like it is bleaching. You say you have stock lighting, is it the regular or LED. I haven't looked at biocubes in many years so maybe LED is all that is offered now?
Also, is that a chocolate chip starfish in your first post? They are known to eat soft corals and mushrooms.
