1st time replacing bulbs... timing question

I am coming up on the first time I will need to change out my bulbs. I have a 130W cf with a 65w 10k bulb and a 65w 420/460nm combo light. I run the actinic 12hs a day and the daylight 7.5 hrs. Will I need to replace them at the same time or is it better to stagger their replacement? Which should I change out first if I can stagger? I want to change out the 10k and replace it with a 14k and would like to change that out first, but do I need to change the actinic first since I run it for more hours?

Both running since nov. 1, 2011, so little over 5 months.
