2.5 month triton reef

I’m doing a modified Triton reef that is 2.5 months old. Modifications include dosing kalkwasser via ATO for pH, and adding zeobak and pohls xtra as well as targeting 9dkh for coral growth. I do need to manage my MG a little more because of the kalk tossing off the Alk/calc balance but I can’t complain with the results.
This is my 5th reef tank and I’m a convert now.

I have 3 current tanks, and 2 previous. 1 broke in a move, 1 gave to a friend

I will be interested to see how your triton tank does at 9dkh. I too run triton and have been playing with the idea of raising alk from 7.2-8 or 9.

I have not done a water change and that is principally the benefit. I have a RODI system but my water supply burns DI resin, I’ve experimented with all the fixes and its been a marginal improvement if that. So now I’m pretty much just using my RODI for top off water which means my filters are lasting much much further.
